About Project

The project comprised of a residential building of seven floors with built-up area of 5,200 square meters, located in an impressive district of Damascus. Highest standard of building materials was utilized for the successful completion of the project, basement and covered car park. The building is centrally heated and air conditioned with standby generator and transformer and two elevators. Electrical installations include CCTV control system, fire detection, security system, MATV, and external lighting. The company was the overall coordinator for all disciplines involved during design, procurement and construction stages.
