About Project

The project is constructed on an area of 37,000 square meters in a AL-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It comprises of 35 housing units of different sizes, recreation areas, community center, 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, and all the facilities, utilities and maintenance required. The utilities networks for development included all electric substations, emergency generators, water tanks and pumping stations, sewer treatment plant, etc. Special care was given to an impressive development of the whole compound through a fully automatic irrigation system and bush landscaping. The standard of the housing units and development of the whole compound was to a very high standard.

The company was the overall coordinator for all disciplines involved during design, procurement and construction stages of all the works including civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural and landscaping works.
