About Project

The project is constructed on an area of 100,000 square meters in Jeddah, comprising 175 housing units of different sizes, recreation areas, community center, 8 swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, 2 volleyball courts, 2 squash courts and all the facilities, utilities and maintenance required. The utilities networks for the development included all electric substations, emergency generators, water tanks and pumping stations, sewer treatment plant, etc...

The community center comprised of a small supermarket, cafeteria and kitchen, day-care for children, administration facility, etc...

Special care was given to an impressive development of the whole compound through a fully automatic irrigation system and bush landscaping. The standards of the housing units and the development of the whole compound were to very high standards.

The company was the overall coordinator for all disciplines involved during design, procurement and construction stages for all the civil, architectural, landscaping and electromechanical works.
