About Project

The project is constructed on an area of 1,500,000 square meters on the premises of the Air Defense Institute in Jeddah, near the Desalination Plant. It is compromised of an indoor sports building complex with a closed area of 25,000 square meters. The building includes an Olympic-size swimming pool hall, full-size gymnasium hall, firing range, squash courts, aerobic and fitness rooms, cafeteria, outdoor courts for volleyball, basketball and handball, football pitch with a running track, and athletic games area, all completed to FIFA and IAAF standards.

The company was the overall coordinator for all disciplines involved during engineering, procurement and construction stages for all the engineering disciplines. All utilities, electrical substations, water storage and pumping stations were also included in the scope of work.
