About Project

The Project is located in Jubail Industrial City.

The project comprised of the complete engineering and construction of 1,165 housing units for bachelors of 77 buildings in the Jubail Industrial City.

Scope of work was a turnkey package for the whole works and supplies required for this project, including all engineering, supply of all material and furnishings, execution of all the structural, architectural, landscaping, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical works for the units.

The project was completed and handed over to the Client satisfactorily on time.
